Dynamic Marching Machine

The Warren County High School "Dynamic Marching Machine" is a premiere performance ensemble that is renowned on the local and national level. Our student musicians begin rehearsing as early as mid-June to prepare for the calendar full of performances during the Fall semester that include home and away football games, outdoor marching band competitions, holiday and commemorative parades, and much more. Members of the "Machine" are challenged daily to exemplify the program's Five Pillars of P.R.I.D.E:
Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Discipline, and Energy.

Concert Band

The Warren County HS Concert Band is designed to strengthen the student musician's individual musicianship through the study and application of basic music concepts and vocabulary as well as scales and technical studies. This performance group also allows new band students the opportunity to build themselves musically before joining any other ensemble groups. Our concert band is considered our "beginner" ensemble for first-time instrumentalists so that they may gain the chance to hone their fundamental skills on their instruments first before performing in front of large groups.

Symphonic Eagle Band

The Warren County High School "Symphonic Eagle Band" serves as the next level in musicianship for our student musicians, as this group rehearses and performs more complicated repertoire and participates in assessments and music festivals for adjudication. The symphonic band is considered our "advanced" ensemble as most instrumentalists involved in the ensemble are required to have participated in a Fall ensemble and/or band class prior to participating to ensure the beginning and intermediate fundamentals have been properly taught. This performance group also allows for students who plan to transition to collegiate level to prepare for department and program auditions with solos and etudes.

Pep Band

The Warren County HS Pep Band is a compact version of our Dynamic Marching Machine. This smaller performance group is designated to perform for events and gatherings that usually would not accommodate the entire marching band, such as basketball games, small-scale school events, and private parties. The Pep Band is also considered an "intermediate" ensemble, as most students who are first-time instrumentalists gain performance experience here after starting off in a concert band and/or band class first.

Spring Drumline

The "Steel Stix" Drumline is one of the most recognized high school drumlines locally and nationally and have performed all across the East Coast of the United States. During the Spring semester, our percussion section opens the line for new members to join and learn some of the rudimental basics of being a member of the section. Our award-winning Spring Drumline performs at drumline competitions, private events, and community gatherings.
